Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We are not required by law to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or you make a wrong decision.
You can choose a refund, exchange or credit note if an item of goods has a  major problem. This is when the item:
has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
* is unsafe
* is significantly different from description or sample shown to you
* doesn’t do what we said it would , or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

We have a NO REFUND policy for those who fail to read the policy and/or terms and conditions resulting in misunderstanding.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time frame.
To qualify for a returns claim you must inform us of the exact damage within 7 days upon receiving your item. Shipping, delivery and installation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances and the buyer has to return the item/good at his/her expense.
Return policy does not cover damages caused from misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, irregular maintenance and physical damages. Any credit will be issued once merchandise has been received.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all installed products.

All special sales items are NON-REFUNDABLE. Customers needs to inspect item carefully (from pictures provided on our website or physical stock in our showroom), and accept the item conditions before purchase. Any new orders whether paid by deposit , or full amount of item paid , cancellation will attract a 3% cancellation fee related to administration and accounting costs .
All unpaid, overdue and/or outstanding invoices will incur a late fee of $35 after 14 days consumer or 30 days for commercial business’.
Please retain your invoice, or receipt as your proof of purchase.

Terms and conditions

All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars, unless specified otherwise.
All merchandise belongs to Snooker Kiosk until paid in full. In addition, Snooker Kiosk reserves the right to charge the buyer storage on goods/items not collected or delivered within 14 days of notification of their availability at $25 per week or part thereof, or unless other specific arrangements are made.
All of our products are under excellent and strict quality control. However, if there is a manufacturing fault, please inform us within 7 days of receiving goods, to be entitled to a replacement or repair.
Damaged caused by ordinary wear, misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, improper or abnormal usage, irregular maintenance and physical damages are not covered in the warranty. Warranty is ex-factory/warehouse and not transferable , any returns have to be shipped back or brought back to Snooker Kiosk for assessment and inspection at the buyers cost.
Payment must be made in full before item/s are dispatched, unless special arrangements are approved by management.
Payments made as deposit are non-refundable, or part refund can be  made at the discretion of Snooker Kiosk after a 7 day cooling off period.
We accept payments in cash, Master card, Visa card, EFTPOS card, bank deposit and electronic bank transfer. Payment via American Express and Diner club card are subject to a 3% surcharge., Visa/MasterCard is 1.5% surcharge. No credit card details are retained, or stored on our site, or with our providers, all payments are through our bank, or paypal.

Shipping & Freight

All deliveries & freighted items are made during Mon-Fri trading hours. All deliveries are assumed to be ground floor, we reserve the right to refuse if a difficult delivery condition is not disclosed.
If items are delivered by courier, couriers only provide one driver on truck/tray, please make sure you have some one that is capable of helping the driver take item of the truck. Courier only delivers to ground level, and he is not responsible for any assembling work.
We only ship within Australia. We DO NOT supply international shipping and a 13.5% fee of the total will be payable for administration and/or restocking fees should you not abide by these guidelines.
All boxed item delivery will be arranged within 7 working days upon receipt of the payment, or otherwise will be arranged according to buyer’s instruction at time of purchase. All transport will be to the buyers risk. Risk will pass to the buyer on receipt of goods from pick up address.

For courier deliveries, please check the package carefully in front of the courier delivery driver before signing the connote. Please inform the courier driver and us as soon as possible when any damage found on package or goods. Please make note on the connote for any damage found upon delivery, otherwise exchange may can not provided.
